If there’s an issue with your Lumi, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will help troubleshoot first, as many issues can be resolved quickly. If the product is confirmed faulty or cannot be fixed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) requirements.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in reasonable condition with all accessories included.

Please note:

– This guarantee applies to faults and performance issues, not change-of-mind returns.

– Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered.

– Any replacement or refund is at our discretion following an assessment of the product.

If the problem is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we’ll organise a repair or replacement in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
